CANCELLATION POLICY
- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation upon booking.
- Prepayment will be collected via credit or debit card.
- Guest receives 100% refund if cancellation occurs before 21 days of arrival.
Guest receives 50% refund if cancellation occurs before 14 days of arrival.
Guest receives NO refund if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival.
- Any qualifying refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation via the method prepayment was made.
- If the guest does not show up, the total price of the reservation is forfeited.
