CANCELLATION POLICY

- The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation upon booking.
- Prepayment will be collected via credit or debit card.
- Guest receives 100% refund if cancellation occurs BEFORE 21 days of arrival.

  Guest receives 50% refund if cancellation occurs BEFORE 14 days of arrival.

  Guest receives NO refund if cancellation occurs WITHIN 14 days of arrival.
- Any qualifying refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation via the method prepayment was made.
- If the guest does not show up, the total price of the reservation is forfeited.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

TOURISTS: Check-in is 2 p.m. and Check-Out is 11 a.m.

LOCALS:     Check-in is 2 p.m. and Check-Out is 10 a.m.

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A US$50-$100 Refundable Damage Deposit is charged upon booking. This will be used towards any damages done OR returned in full if no damage is done.

NO SMOKING POLICY

No Smoking in any of the rooms. Feel free to smoke anywhere outside the building. Should any smoking be done inside, the Damage Deposit will be used to thoroughly clean the unit back to its original non-smoking state.

ENERGY CONSERVATION POLICY

Turn off all light, fan, air-conditioner, water when not in use or when leaving the rental. Failure to do so can result in the Housekeeper or Front Dest turning them off.

NO OUTSIDE GUESTS

No outside guests are allowed in the rooms or to use the pool unless they pay the required entrance fee.

ENERGY CONSERVATION POLICY

Energy Conservation Notice that tells and shows what should be turned off when a guest is no using an appliance or feature or when he or she leaves the room.
