CANCELLATION POLICY

- Guests will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation upon booking via credit or debit card.

- Guests gets a full refund if they cancel at least 14 days before check-in. 

- Guests gets zero refund if they cancel 0-13 days before arrival or is a No Show.

- Any qualifying refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation.

 

NO SMOKING POLICY

No Smoking in any of the rooms. Feel free to smoke anywhere outside the building. Should any smoking be done inside, the Damage Deposit will be used to clean the unit back to its original non-smoking state.

ENERGY CONSERVATION POLICY

Turn off all lights, fans, air-conditioners, and water when not in use or when leaving the rental. Failure to do so can result in the Housekeeper or Front Desk turning them off.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is 2 pm and Check-Out is 11 a.m (tourists) and 10 a.m. (locals).

REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A Refundable Damage Deposit is charged upon booking. This will be used towards any damages done OR returned in full if no damage is done.

NO OUTSIDE GUESTS

No outside guests are allowed on the premise, in the rooms, or to use the pool unless they pay the required entrance fee.
